Founded in September 1987, Faces Modelling Agency has grown from a dedicated training and fashion show hub into a thriving full-service talent agency. Wilma Goosen joined the Faces team in September 2005 and eventually took over as owner, a role she proudly holds today, bringing dedicated leadership and hands-on management. We are honoured members of NAMA (National Association of Modelling Agencies).

Over the years, Faces has cultivated strong partnerships with local and international clients across film, television, commercials, and still photography. Our diverse talent roster reflects the vibrant mosaic of our society, embracing individuals from all backgrounds and ethnicities.

At Faces, we believe talent is everywhere—in everyday people of all ages. From stay-at-home parents with comedic flair, to multilingual speakers, athletes with presence, retirees with natural rhythm, and children with budding acting skills—we take pride in uncovering hidden gems and empowering them to shine. I feel like I have a one on one relationship with faces. I am informed, I am accommodated when life happens. I can rely on them for guidance especially because I take my own pictures, and they tell me what works and when I or my child go for casting they tell me what clothing will work best. Well Nicholas my son started off at FACES just before his 3rd birthday..and what a ride he had. The shoots never stopped coming!!! He absolutely loved the fun and action. Not only stills, TV, fashion campaign catwalks, but he landed a featured role in a movie as well. He did his last TV ad at the age of 21..then said he's done 😉 He'd built a healthy bank balance for himself. Today my 2 little grandkids Tyler and Zoey are reaping the fruits from Faces.
