• Physical attributes, skills, clothing sizes, photos, and measurements

• Copy of birth certificate (for minors) or ID (for adults)

• Special personal information (e.g., race, gender identity, age, health status) — only when necessary for legal compliance or casting suitability

• Clients and casting directors (for role matching)

• Production companies and stylists (for wardrobe and shoot preparation)
